Notice on delaying the registration time of the RoboMaster 2019 Technical Challenge and the RoboMaster 2019 AI Challenge

尊敬的参赛队：

Dear RoboMasters,

RoboMaster 2019机甲大师单项赛及人工智能挑战赛原定于2018年11月20日启动报名，现报名时间延迟至2018年12月10日。届时将统一发布中英文版本比赛规则手册。特此通知。

The RoboMaster 2019 Technical Challengeand the RoboMaster 2019 AI Challenge was originally scheduled to start on November 20th, 2018(UTC+8). It is hereby notified that the registration time is now delayed until December 10th,2018(UTC+8). The Chinese and English version of the competition rules manualwill be released in a unified manner.
