青海大学河湟谷人战队， Ones结合问卷星，助力新队伍成员培训
作为一支2019年10月份才成立的新队伍，培训新队员是必不可少的内容。不少强校已经有了完整培训体系，在进行了简单的模仿和参考后，做了相关的网络培训（疫情限制）内容，现在简单分享开源。以我们机械组日常培训为例，简单开源一下工具使用。
1、Ones，感谢组委会赞助神器，我们的日常培训是作为一个project存在，各位成员邀请进入后，进行更新工时，在工时更新部分提交相关学习心得，项目负责人后台可以进行校对
2、问卷星，问卷星作为免费软件，进行日常检查进度及学习情况最好不过，2-3月我们进行了四项内容的学习，十分实用。问卷星可以免费使用单选题，多选题，填空题及判断题，简答题模块，非常方便。

Qinghai University Hehuangguren team, ONES combined with Wenjuanxing to help new team do members training
As a new team established in October 2019, training new team members is an essential work. Many experienced universitis already have a complete member-training system.
After a simple imitation and reference, we have done a relevant online training content, and now we simply share it freely.
Take the daily training of our mechanical group as an example, simply open source the use of tools.
1. Thanks to the Organizing Committee of RM. In ONES system, Our daily training program exists as a project. After members are invited to enter, they will update their working hours, submit relevant learning experience in the updating part of working hours, and the project leader can check it in the background.
2. Wenjuanxing, as a free software, is the best for daily check progress and learning. From February to March, we carried out four content learning tests, which are very practical. Wenjuanxing can use single choice questions, multiple choice questions, blank filling questions and judgment questions all free of charge. The short answer module is very convenient.
