1————工具名：腾讯会议
特点：支持大量人员集中开会，屏幕共享，联机文档协作完成。
适用情况：适用于在家开会的小组。①多人集中讨论设计方案，汇报工作进度和分派任务。②电话连线，方便信号不佳地区的组员能够顺利进入会议进行讨论。③能尽早发现问题并提出解决办法的屏幕共享功能。「适合人员：全员」

其它：更快速的会议空间搭建，软件在疫情期间处于免费开放状态，上手难度低。
利用过程：
建立腾讯会议专属房间，每位队员只需下载腾讯会议，输入专属房间号码即可加入会议房间。腾讯会议软件拥有固定的主持人和副主持位子，便于队长和管理人员及项管一并发号施令，控制整个场面。对于我们这个刚起步几个月的战队来说，腾讯会议的屏幕分享功能在描绘 Solidworks方面提供了很大的帮助，在十来人中精通 SolidWorks的人寥寥无几，屏幕分享功能对我们无疑是极大的帮助，它为我们描绘了 Solidworks的设计，也证实了电机座和零件的设计数据。低延时的会议房间使会议能够顺利进行，一个远在山区的成员可以通过电话入会的方式对工作进度进行总结，而其余的成员则通过视频向项管汇报每日的进展。
2————工具名：飞书
特点：①所有人都能看到在线日程表，让战队的每一位成员都能随时督促任务的进行。②工作台上品种繁多，避免了各类网址之间来回切换。③网上文件传送功能，已经完成的任务可以上传文件，让每个队员看到自己的努力程度。

用途：①使用方便，具有优异的保密性。可储存在云端的大内存空间③可供多人同时使用软件下载的云端文件，保证了文件的互通性和安全性。

利用过程：
提供独立的帐号给算法，机械，运营组成员，专门用于竞赛设计图，比赛相关数据，规划流程，各大高校及社会开放源码方案的存储。巨大的云存储空间可以分成多个文件夹来存储不同种类的文件，为极少数人员提供帐号，保证了大量文件的私密性和安全性。
